Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Logix4U ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

1. Information you give us

2. Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. These are used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding aggregate traffic levels.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card numbers and related payment credentials are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our systems. We receive only limited information from Stripe, such as the last four digits of the card, the card brand, and whether the payment succeeded. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

3a. Data we process to run your pipelines

If you are a customer, running your pipelines means processing data out of the systems you connect us to. That data belongs to you. We process it only to operate and support the pipeline you asked for, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anything. It is deleted or returned when your subscription ends, on the timescale in section 7.

4. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for the site or your account session to function. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.

6. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only as far as they need it:

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

7. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the products and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Transaction records are typically retained for the period required by applicable tax law. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@logix4u.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to personal information to those who need it, and rely on established providers for payment and infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.

11. Children

Our products are intended for business use. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be notified by email or a notice on this site.
